No way. True, my obsessions rise and fall like the sun (haaaaa!) sometimes *name of obsession here* is my "current addiction", then another takes over for a while. But there are certain obsessions that are always there and always, always come back as my "current addiction" (usually tenfold) and TLK is one of them. :P

Guess…?

NEVER EVER! It's too late now that I saw those movies I couldn't live without them, TLK (trilogy) is now a part of my life.

NEVER! I'll won't ever forget about the lion king. I've been a fan since 1994, I was two years old then. Apparently I watched it all the time, it's my all time favourite film, and among the animated too.
It's such a classic, breathtaking meaningful film. I'm even considering getting lyrics tattooed on me 'being my first tattoo'. I will never be too old for it. I love it that much :) May the lion king always be in our hearts, it's quite sad though that the younger generations get not so good Disney films now.
It's possible, but to say that I'd ever totally grow out of it is unlikely. Or else, wouldn't I have done that already?
It's been another 6 months, and I still haven't changed my views on this.

I certainly hope not. Otherwise this tattoo is going to seem pretty silly :p

Nah, I know I won't. I've been a TLK fan for 18 years. It's not going away any time soon.

Nope, I don't really grow out of things.. I know a 18 year old who is in love with The Lion King and when she comes to my house we talk about it. You are never too old for your favorite childhood movie. My friends love it too, today we where actually singing I Just Can't Wait to be King. ^^ I'll always love it. <3

At 20 years old and having loved this movie trilogy for all of that time that I can remember (although not always being big into it), I doubt I will ever "grow out of" it. The first movie in particular has many life lessons that always hold true, and the story holds up every time. I don't think I will ever "grow out of" any of my favorite childhood Disney movies. I may not watch them very often anymore, but I will always love them. Especially TLK.

I am still here 18 years after it came out. What do you think?

I might take a break but leave it? Doubtful.

As long as I stay in tune with you know who from here on out, I will never grow out of TLK. Most importantly, he was the gateway for me coming back to TLK earlier this year. But Timon is a good life icon for me to hold onto. Because out of everything, I find the character(s) to be the most important part of any movie/story. Although, it's kind of sad to see that a lot of society expects people like us who are older, to not be interested in things like TLK or its universe. One reason I know why is because of that term I've heard too many times already out there: "A kids movie".
