- This is a leaf of a very common plant you will mostly find in a school garden, and sometimes your own lawn. Can you guess what the kind of leaf it is? A hedge leaf of course!

- These leaves are gum leaves. They are from a gum tree. The scientific name for a gum tree is a Eucalyptus(U-cal-ip-tus) tree. You might rarely find certain types of them in America, Europe, Africa, the Mediterranean Basin, the Middle East, China and the Indian Subcontinent; but most species of Eucalyptus trees are found in Australia. Koala's, a native Australian animal, relies on these for all there protein.
