[indent]Shinova moved in front of Meeko growling. Shinova knew he wouldn't stand a chance, but he wasn't going to let them get to Meeko. He intended to stand beside Nova and Mio. Cub or not he was unwilling to run anymore. "Look at this oversized kitten. Looks like he has lost his fair share of fights."[/indent]

Mio whispered to Nova of I fall and he shows no sign o death run and raise our cubs then come back and kill him. I won't die, but of I do please leave. Mio stood there and laugh haha. So your the little kitty that is so called lord. Well now I am your king. You leave and stand with us that will be the end of it or else you are going to die.

He was glade he did eat last night because he would not stand a chance.

He finally had a mate and soon to be father. He would fight like hell to keep himself and everyone around him alive.

"The cub has spirit" The leopard said darkly.

He smirked and looked over Shinova, his red eyes following him. He looked at Meeko and laughed.

"Oh how sweet, he protects a meerkat. Annoying little creatures that they are, but they make lovely snacks" He laughed, turning to Mio.

Nova was shocked at her mates words and she immediately stood next to him in a fighting stance.

"I am not leaving you. We are in this together" She whispered.

"So, your the king now are you? By what right? Me? By birth. My father ruled this jungle and now it is mine. Proclaiming yourself to be a king, does not make you a king. I have royal blood, what do you have? Nothing. A pathetic cub who isn't yours, a meerkat and a lowly lioness who looks like the runt of a pride"

His mate laughed at his comments and retracted her claws menacingly.

Let just fight. It seems that is why you are here. Lets go what are you waiting for?

[Tora]

[indent]"I'll cut your eyes out!" Shinova retorted. Despite his size and all common sense yelling for him to run he was ready to end the running. Standing beside Nova and Mio he felt he was ready to fight win or lose. He only cared about keeping Meeko safe. "Snack!? How dare that oversized load of lard tell me he's a snack." Shinova thought.[/indent]

The leopard laughed, apparently amused by the sight before him. He looked at Mio and kept his voice incredibly calm, so much it was irritating.

"I have no reason to fight. I have nothing to fight for. This is my jungle and i'll give you one warning. Leave. Don't come back and we can all live safely"

"Your a real pain in the rear" Nova growled with annoyance.

Meeko was cowering behind Shinova, wishing he wasn't being so bold and brave. If anything happened to his friend he would never forgive himself.

[Tora]

[indent]"You have only one flaw in your logic. You think you'd win." Shinova spat. "This is my home now. I will fight for it. You want it? Come get it or get out. I ran once, and I will not lose my home again to a tyrant. A wise king wouldn't see a threat and walk away, but you are not a wise King. You are nothing more than a fool." Shinova knew that Mio and Nova alone could easily overpower the leopards, but he wasn't going to let them do it alone. He didn't want to fight, but he'd do what he had to.[/indent]

What this cub says is true. You should not be afraid of a threat. So what is it going to be?

"You think im afraid of your little pride?" The leopard laughed, looking from, one defensive face to the other.

The leopardess laughed and gave a roar. Moments later, the bushes began to rustle and another five leopards appeared. Younger that their parents, but still menacing and well built. Nova didn't flinch, but stood a little closer to Mio. Meeko squeaked with fear and his legs went to jelly behind Shinova.

"Right here is a line... You cross that line, we go from threatening folk to.. something else" The leader drawled, running his claw along the ground to create a line whilst the others growled in taunt.

Nova growled, words did not find her and she merely looked on as the young of the leopard stood alongside him. The leader looked up at Mio now.

"This is not your jungle, this is OUR jungle and the only reason you've been living in it is because so far, we've let you. Now, i am a fair feline. I will give you this part of the jungle, but you cross this line... Next time.. we won't be having this conversation"

The other laughed and began to back into the shadows. The leader of the pride smirked and he too began to follow his pride.

"If I ever see you again, i'll paint the floor with your blood" He called before disappearing into the jungle.

Go on leave I am not afraid of you. To be clear it will be your blood that will be spilt on the jungle floor.
