How about this: When a mod or admin breaks the rules for the greater good for MLK, then they will have to publicly disclose the fact. That way, they can still do something, and they know that the rules got broken, and have to explain their actions.
Very good thought. :)
I like this too. A lot. *thumbs up*

Well I mean if I broke the rules for the greater good I wouldn't mind explaining myself. So I'm fine with this.

What you did takes guts. I know what you did wasn't the coolest, but you've done so much for this website! I still respect you and hope you never leave this website. You help pull it all together.

i agree on that fact we should admit what we have done and disclose full facts on the actions and reason. I must say im surprised.... Im mostly seeing an opinion of 'that was bad but your good now and have admitted it' I was expecting worse, and still am. I am by no means above the rules in the long run, and if you, the members, think i shouldnt have this position anymore then thats what should happen.

While Woeler is right.... governments dont play by the book.... but its the people who live with that government, elect it and can, if they try tear it down

Again im sorry for all this, but I can assure you I have learnt my lesson, there are better ways to handle situations and thats what I will do from now on

Well, no. He messed up and quite badly. But yes, that was two years ago, and I am certain that KK knows better now. It's more important that we established this system where the mods talk if they break the rules than punishing KK though.

Yeah Noah already told me all this.
And another thing is, when you skipped my MLK media app, he said you did it because you didn't want me to rejoin the staff or something, I figured he was lying at the time, but he was telling the truth about this, so I wander how much of the stuff he said was true and how much actually was lie.
I didn't like you before you admitted to all that, and I still don't now.
I think, as DGF said, you deserve some repercussion for it, admitting to something even years down the line does not make it excusable and as an admin (or even a mod, as it were) I find it pretty hypocritical especially considering you had a pop at me on MSN a short while back for "spamming". AND you banned me for only posting a censored cuss word, what you did is arguably worse so I find it pretty hypocritical.
You will get away with it, as ever. And this post probably will not achieve anything, but at least I have said what I meant and meant what I have said.

What you did was wrong and I forgive you, but I can't help wondering if you are only coming clean and confessing because you were caught. Just sayin'.

I wasn't here for the first incident, and I was away when all the Noah crap that I've just now read about was evidently happening. I don't really feel qualified to comment on any of that.

However, the direction this thread has taken affects the community as a whole, and i just felt like I needed to say this. The mods should absolutely have to follow the rules or else posts like LemonMode's will probably become more common. I've watched it happen on other forums that I'm a part of. Allow the mods to play by their own rules, and it seems that inevitably, certain people start thinking that a mod has a personal vendetta. Once that starts happening, it seems like the atmosphere of the whole place can turn pretty toxic, especially if other members start taking sides.

Also, I'm hard pressed to really think of a situation where the mods breaking the rules would truly help matters. It usually just makes it a recurring issue when somebody else earns a timeout that (insert mod's name here) got away with it. I said all that to say this. In my opinion, it is for the ultimately for the greater good for the mods to have to follow the same rules as the rest of us. The rest of you can take my opinion for what it's worth.
Come death. Come suffering. I will not live in fear. In this fleeting life where time escapes us, the path of least resistance is a slow quiet death. I'd rather burn out than fade away.
