I don't agree with what you've done, especially the staged troll attack. I won't lie, I think that was pretty low. HOWEVER, I do respect you for finally confessing these things, as I can only imagine how difficult it must be.

Even if what u did wasn't right, you've been a great admin to MLK since. What's past is past, and like a lot of people have already said, the good you have done for the forum outweighs the bad by far. So i forgive you. It takes guts to confess to everyone too. Respect has gone up!

Like almost all of the posts say, I think what you did was wrong, but saying that, I've made my mistakes here too. It took alot for me to write my apology thread, so I know how it feels. I think you've been a good admin/mod while I've been around, even though I've had a couple of others tell me otherwise (not naming names). But yeah, thanks for telling us KK.

If I may say something: I'm fine of course with KK being forgiven and getting a second chance. I even admire his courage to confess that. But would normal non-staff MLK members also get this special treatment if they did something to deserve bannishment, or will they be bannished forever anyway whitout being forgiven and getting a second chance if they are really sorry, like KK?

I made duplicate accounts here, and cheating on graphic contests. Both things I was disgusted at myself for doing and I regret them entirely. And yet, Moka allowed me back because I hadn't done anything wrong in the past and I was truly sorry. So I think that answers your question...I think so anyway x)

What you did was wrong. Very wrong. But I also believe that you learned from at least some of your mistakes. However, I still feel like you should be held responsible for your actions for these reasons:

1. As a mod, and especially as an admin, you need to show all of MLK that you can respect the rules that you create.
2. Mods and admins should follow the rules just as much as regular members do.

Even though what you done was wrong, I know that you are legitimately sorry. Never the less, I know that if you were a regular member, you would have been banned. Do I think you need to be banned? No. I think you deserve a second chance. But I don't think that you should simply be let off the hook either.

Nonetheless, it was probally an exception; meaning it is rare to be allowed back on the forum after receiving a ban. And not every member, regardless if they are sorry or not for what they did like you and KK, will be lucky enough to get one of those ''exceptions''.

The consequences are the things that matter. These things were done for the good of this forum. For gods sake, did anyone get hurt? Did anyone die? no. Trolls got banned and spam got deleted. When you are ruling something you can't always play by the book, because even the book has it's flaws in some situations.

If someone with a gun entered a school and theatened to kill all the children, and you would have the oppertunity to kill that man. Would you not kill him because killing is not legal by the books?

It takes a lot of courage to admit this. And for those suggesting punishment: Shame on you guys!
There are those who complain about the wind, there are those who hope the wind will change, --though the wise-- the wise adjust their sails.

Which is why KK can't really walk away from this unscathed. While an outright ban might be excessive, if the rules are to keep any meaning, KK needs to answer for what he's done. After all, this won't be the last time a member will break the rules. Somehow, I doubt the mods will want to deal with "but KK walked free" excuses.
