^I sort of agree, actually. I think that's the way it would be easiest to be interesting. However,
if Disney made another sequel, and that's a huge if, then it almost certainly would fall chronologically after SP; and considering the fact that Kopa wasn't canon to the movies, I don't think he should, or would, be in it. However, his character has a very interesting place in fan fiction, and I actually think he should remain there. This gives him more ways to develop as a character, as different fanfic writers can gather a wealth of different personality quirks and experiences from others to inspire their own version. It's quite interesting to see how he behaves differently in each different fanverse. He is subcanon, after all, and so he should remain. That's just my opinion, though, I know some die-hard Kopa fans will probably wanna lynch me for that.
