I fail vocabulary quizzes in English, pretty badly. I know what all the words normal people use in normal conversations mean... but not super huge words, lol. Some of the big words you can tell what it means by context.

Yeah, if you know pretty much the average words and you can use context clues then you know your English. I still hate spelling..... "I before E except after C with the exception of words that rhyme with neighbor or leisure or unless it doesn't."

English is so complex that I wonder if the people who created it just took words from other languages and mixed em to see what they would come up with. xD

Conjugation and forms are easy to remember but it's all the little rules here and there that makes it one of the hardest languages to learn. That and it's backwards from most languages. Most languages have completely different sentence structure...
