Well keep your eyes open for food Nova. So how are your wounds doing?

[Shadowfax]

"Just a couple of scratches. I am fine" Nova said with a shrug.

She was wondering where that leopard had run off to. Were they really in danger? Had they been wrong to send her off like that. Of course, she was a threat to Shinova. She had to be dealt with.

Two miles off from the lions, the leopardess had arrived at her den. In the darkness sat two glowing eyes. A soft growl came from the mouth of the cave and the leopardess cowered.

"My lord.... There are lions in the jungle. A small pride and they have claimed the jungle as their own" She said, bowing to the shadow in the dark.

There was silence for a moment, then the creature stood up in the darkness. He was twice the size of the leopardess and by the outline of him, alot bulkier.

"Well, we shall have to sort that out then. After all, it is they who are trespassing on MY land" the shadow rasped.

Well if those leopard show up guys I will make sure nothing happens to any of you. Only if we had another cub we could teach Shinova how to fight because going against us will be worthless since we are so big.

[Shadowfax]

"Your actually going to teach our cubs to fight?" Nova said with a smirk.

"That doesn't sound very safe..." She said with a laugh.

Ok then we will start with self defense. After we eat that should be enough energy for practice.

[Shadowfax]

"Sounds like a plan" Nova said.

She looked at Shinova, then to Mio. Nova suddenly pounced on him and pinned him to the floor gently.

"Lesson over" She said.

Looking down at Mio, she smirked.

"Easy" She laughed.

[Tora]

Shinova dreaded the very mention of him being their cub, "I'm not their cub. Simply because she was there when I had no one doesn't make me their cub." Caught by surprise Shinova looked over at Nova laughing as she pounced on Mio. "Very good. One should always expect the unexpected." Shinova gloated. While he said this he was expecting either Mio or Nova to say or do something to make it looks like he didn't follow his own advice. "Meeko what do you think of all this?" he questioned caringly.

"About Nova pinning Mio?" Meeko said "She's a pretty quick lioness"

Meeko looked at Shinova more seriously now and wondered if he had taken it to heart what Nova had said about him being 'their' cub. There was no way they could ever replace his parents, yet they obviously cared about him.

[Tora]

"When are we going to get moving?" Shinova asked with uncertainty. The thought of him being their cub sickened him. He wanted to do anything to get that thought out of his mind. "I know they care for me, but they are nothing like my parents. My parents cared about everything but themselves. I know Nova and Mio care about me, but they are selfish in so many other ways." He began to wish that he could talk to Meeko alone again, but held the thought within him.

Mio suddenly felt himself pinned and gave Nova a lick on the cheek very nice. You got me. Hahaha well that was a good lesson.
