He had suddenly found courage, or maybe it was the adrenaline talking.

"Heh, your not bad at climing Shinova. Just make sure you always know how to get down again" Nova said with concern.

"I can find my own food thanks" Meeko said.

"I don't think lions would be any good at catching bugs" he said with amusement.

Nova raised an eyebrow.

"Sounds appetizing" She said with a smirk.

Ok well if you ever need anything Meeko let us know. You are friends with Shinova which means your family. So Nova ready to go hunting? Shinova also We will be teaching you how to hunt.

"Okay, as long as were not hunting babies. I've eat them, but I don't like it Mio. Everyone should have a fair chance at life." Shinova said with concern. "I don't particularly like killing off a family either. Lets just stick with the sick and the old shall we?" He asked in a apprehensive tone. He wasn't fond of the idea of killing for sport either; he cared for all life, and would only eat what he had too. Never once did he want to over eat and he didn't plan to in the future. He'd rather go hungry than kill a family.

Shinova that is our rules we live by ever since we were in the Pride lands so do not worry young one. He said caring for his concern tone and look. You can rest we do not kill for fun either. Alright lets go Nova and I are starving. He said nudging him knocking him over.

Shinova regained his balance and looked over at Meeko. "What are you going to be doing?" Shinova wanted to ask him why Mio was being a hypocrite, because he distinctively remembered Mio bringing him a baby zebra to eat. He pondered in his mind, "Does Mio really care about others? Does he think of others before himself? Can he truly be a king? I know he wants to be King, but I will not follow him. Though I wish him no harm, and have no plans to challenge him." Lost in thought he continued to think about what his future will be like.

That one had no family and was sick young Shinova. He said I do not kill others for no reason. If will send them off if I have to. If I like to kill then I would have killed that Leopard. You see I give people chances. I know there is good in everyone. Look at Nova here I kept being nice to her and look where it got me. She is my Queen. I am happy that we will forget about the Pridelands and move on to greater and better things.

Nova looked at Shinova as Mio said this. She knew exactly what he would be thinking already. Yeh right, like she could change so quickly accompanied with many other questions in his mind. Nova smiled as Mio said she was his queen. A title she hadn't quite gotten used to.

"Oh... I'll stick with you guys I think.... With that leopard around, I don't particularly want to be alone" Meeko said weakly, jumping up onto Shinova's back.

"Don't worry though, when you give chace, i'll get off" He said with a laugh.
