^Seriously, I think it will be great for you. Hey, don't forget there will probably be other people studying journalism who are in the EXACT same boat as you. A lot of journalists are introverts, and move away from the family and friends due to being able to conduct better research and written pieces. So there will be plenty of people like you that do not know anyone else there ^^.
And tbh, you do not strike me as the type of person who would have any trouble making friends.
