(oh, poor Shinova xD)

Nova rounded the corner with Mio and saw Shinova sitting there with a Meerkat on his back. She frowned, confused by this but she them smiled uneasily as herself and Shinova hadn't left on the best of terms.

"Hey" She said weakly.

Meeko began to shake somewhat at the the arrival of the lions. Even though he knew that Shinova was friends with them every instinct in his body was telling him to run.

Hey Shinova how are you? I see you made a friend. We went looking for you. Are you ok? What is your friends name?

[Tora]

"Hey Nova." Shinova replied in the same manner. "This is Meeko. He has no place to live, and I told him he could live with us. That means that you don't try to eat him." Shinova explained as he continued to eye Nova. "Who does she think she is? Refuses to leave, pushes us away, and where did she get all these injuries. I guess I should forgive her, but my trust is gone." Thoughts piled in his head as he pondered why Nova was here.

Nova looked to the floor as Shinova spoke to Mio. She then looked up to meet the cubs eye when he mentioned eating Meeko. She took a step forward and looked at the Meerkat who was still shaking.

"N...N...Nice to m-meet you" Meeko said nervously, not budging from Shinova's back.

"Heh, we wouldn't want to eat him anyway... Too, skinny" She said tilting her head to the side.

[Tora]

Shinova still had resentment for Nova, because she was so obsessed with taking Simba's throne that she would push away the only friends she had. "You are eying him quite suspiciously Nova. Something you see?" Shinova asked. He was determined to protect Meeko even if that meant leaving the Jungle to find somewhere to live with Meeko. His felt closer to Meeko than both Nova and Mio. He felt that Meeko truly understood him, while Nova and Mio were to obsessed with the wrong things.

Meeko leapt off Shinova's back and hid behind his two front paws. Nova raised an eyebrow and looked down at the pair of them.

"Geez, relax. I was only joking"

Nova looked at Shinova. Behind those eyes she could tell he was angry with her. How could she blame him? She'd lashed out at a cub and he didn't understand her motives. Motives she was trying to put behind her. Though she hadn't truly given up on her revenge pact to Scar, she was trying. Whether it would work or not was a different matter.

"Im not going to eat your friend. And if you've something to say to me, then go ahead and say it now cub because I don't want to live like this with all the awkwardness" Nova said dully.

[Tora]

"All you cared about was Simba. You continued to push the only friends you had away. Everything was about Simba. Even you know the truth that Scar didn't deserve the crown. You still wanted to wrong a right, even if it meant deserting your friends." Shinova retorted. He felt anger rising inside him as his thoughts continued to grow. "She thinks that she can just do what ever she wants whenever she wants. Such lust for power."

Nova let his words go through her. The expression on her face was unreadable and she could detect the anger stirring within Shinova. Nova looked at him for a moment once he had spoken, then heaved a low sigh.

"So young and naive. You'll be pleased to know that I am no longer a member of pride rock. They booted me out and gave me some more scars to add to the collection" Nova said with a sigh as she looked at her battered body.

Meeko stepped forward and looked up at Nova and Mio, but made sure to stay close to Shinova for protection.

[Tora]

"When were you ever a member of pride rock? You hated everyone there. You continued to spit in the faces of all the pride landers. Though I may be young I am not naive. If you truly thought you were making a positive difference by avenging Scar then you're blind. Scar is no different than the very King that killed my father. Unrighteous and unfit to be King." Shinova growled. His anger was fueled by her choice of words, "Is she wanting to push me further away?"

This time, it was Nova's turn to get angry. She growled and looked down at Shinova.

"You didn't even know Scar. So don't you dare judge someone you don't know! I was a member of the pride once. Scar allowed me to join the pride. The first time i'd been welcome in a pride. Then they killed him and I was outcast by the other lionesses because I was different! Don't think you know me kid! I don't hate everyone. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't be alive. All I ever wanted to do was help you"

Nova drew breath and looked at him, her voice softening now.

"Im trying to put my past behind me to begin a new. Start my life again and leave the pridelanders to it. It will not alter my feelings though. Scar is always king to me"
