[Shadowfax]

Nova winced as she was dragged back under the water. She was impressed with Mio's speed, but she had to admit she was less agile as she was injured. Nova broke the surface and got out of the water now before trotting off into the jungle.

"Let's see if your as fast on land" Nova said as she trotted off into the jungle.

[MrTitans]

Alright bring it on he said joking around. So since you are hurt I will give you another head start.

[Shadowfax]

"Heh, I don't need a head start" Nova called as she disappeared into the tree line.

She laughed and ran a fair way in, untill she came to a halt. Infront of her were atleast five crocodiles. Nova gulped and began to limp backwards, but the crocodiles followed her with hungry eyes.

Mio came running to catch up and saw her slowly backing up. He gets infront oh her and said run away I will take care of these guys. I will be fine.

[Shadowfax]

"Mio..." She said as he arrived and stood protectively infront of her.

"Im not going anywhere! You can't take them on alone!" She said, retracting her claws threateningly as the crocodiles advanced.

Nova swiped at one that got too close, but it bit her on the paw. She roared and threw her other clawed paw down on it's head.

Mio jumped on the it and started clawing it in the head. He did not want Nova to get any worse than she already was. So he started to claw at the next one.
He was hoping Nova wasn't not going to keep fighting when she had no energy left. Losing her would devastate him.

[Tora]

"It's not that I don't like them, but their goals and motives for those goals aren't right. You see there was once a King named Mufasa. He had a son named Simba. During Simba's childhood, Scar his uncle, killed Mufasa in attempt to take the crown. Simba was still alive and fled the kingdom. As he got older he came back to the Kingdom to challenge Scar, his uncle, for the crown. He succeeded, and Scar was killed. Mio who I live with thinks that Simba doesn't deserve the crown, and that Scar was the rightful King. His freind Nova believes this too, but I don't believe that for a second." Shinova explained. As they reached the den Shinova noticed that Mio wasn't around. "I'm not sure what is keeping him Meeko. Are there any predator's around here?" Shinova asked.

[Shadowfax]

"Wow, lions are complicated. This Scar fellow sounds like a nasty piece of work to me though so I can see why you'd think your friends are foolish" The Meerkat said thoughtfully.

Meeko looked around the clearing as they arrived. When Shinova mentioned predators he shivered somewhat.

"T... There are sometimes Leopards who come here. Crocodiles, Hippo's, snakes and very rarely... Man"

Nova stood alongside Mio, snarling at the advancing crocodiles. She wasn't running, no matter what. The crocodiles were less forward in their attack now as Mio and Nova had both retaliated. One lunged at Nova again, but she was ready and leapt up, avoiding it's jaw and came crashing down on it's head.

Mio kept attacking and making sure no one of them landed a blow to him or Nova. He looked at Nova to see that she was fine.

[Shadowfax]

Nova pulled her paw free from the crocodiles mouth and growled at it fiercely as it advanced on her again. She leapt to the side and avoided it's snap, but saw another jaw approaching her. Within seconds she managed to leap up on all fours and land on the Crocodiles back. She dug her claws into it's side and began to hold on as the crocodile dragged her into a nearby pond.
