I am not a coward he growled back. He has never been so angry. I am just getting away from the drama this place causes.

"Just... leave me alone" Nova whispered and closed her eyes.

The next morning, she awoke feeling awful. What made matters worse was that her den was full of Sarafina and her lionesses. Nova sat up, growling and snarling.

"Get out!" She growled.

"No. We have orders from the king to evict you from the pridelands. You don't hunt with us, or contribute to the pride, you don't show any respect for the king or queen! And you have let your adopted cub run off. Nova.. You've been warned and told time and time again, but this time you are going for good. The king has ordered your exile" Sarafina said.

The words hit Nova hard. Exile? She couldn't go to the outlands. She'd be killed. Zira detested her and she knew she wouldn't be welcome there. Nor in the jungle. She was at a loss at what to say.

"This... is my home... I have lived here for a year now" Nova said after sometime.

"It WAS, your home. Sorry Nova. We can do this the easy way, or the hard way"

Nova retracted her claws and bore her teeth.

"So be it..." Sarafina snarled.

Mio had a bad feeling in his heart the next morning and saw Shinova was awake so he told him to stay here. He ran as fast as he could back to the pridelands. So felt out of place he could feel it. He just hope he is not to late.

[Tora]

"Mio is making a mistake." Shinova sighed. "I lose everyone every time, but it is their fault this time. Simba has done nothing wrong, and they have treated him with nothing but disrespect. I thought this would end for a while, but no. Even in the mist of the jungle Mio longs for Nova."

Shinova stretched out. "Is it me? Every time I seem to get to liking someone they just get up and die. I guess I should not think that way. My real parents had a legitimate reason for challenging the King. Mio and Nova do not." Shinova just couldn't help feeling that he needed to go after Mio, but only one thing stopped him. The thought of seeing him die in front of him just like his parents.

Nova tumbled down the bottom of pride rock, battered and bloody. She looked up at the other lioness's who were all growling at her. Nova had managed to lay a hit on every single one of them, and she was proud of herself for that. Still, having to leave the pridelands was awkward. She couldn't go to the outlands... Nor the Jungle. Either way, she was going to die. Walking to her death wasn't something she had expected to do so soon.

"Leave. Now" Sarafina yelled down on the wounded lioness.

Nova pushed herself to her feet and began to limp away, not giving Sarafina the satisfaction of seeing her in immense pain. She had cuts all over her sides, teeth marks, grazes and some lumps all over her neck and legs, yet she continued onwards. She winced once out of sight of the others. The pain was starting to make her head hurt, and the loss of blood made her dizzy.

Mio started to walk and see Nova in intense pain. She had fallen unconscious. Mio put her on his back and started to walk back home. He was concerned for her health. He set her down gently and started to clean the wounds to stop the blood from continue to fall out. He did this quickly because he did not know how much blood she has lost so far. After she said she did not want to move, he still cared for her. He would not see another friend die. He did everything he could for now and put her back on his back and slowly carried her home.

Nova fell into unconciousness, but as she blacked out she noticed that the figure of a lion approached her. She went to speak, but no words came out. The lioness' eyes blurred and she saw no more.

Zazu had been flying around the pridelands when he saw Mio with Nova on her back.

"Oh! No! No! I wouldn't come any further with her! She has been exiled" Zazu said, landing in front of Mio.

Back in the jungle, a young Meercat had been watching Shinova. He remained in a tree, out of fear of getting to close to the lion. The meercat did find him fascinating however and watched him closely.

"Don't see many cats in the jungle these days" He called, gathering his courage.

I live in the jungle now Zazu. I am still friends with everyone. I just takin a break if you need me come get me. She is a friend of mine I won't see her die like my parents did so I going to take care of her.

"yes... Well... Just make sure you continue walking that way with her. The penalty is death is she returns so see to it she doesn't" The bird cawed, tapping Nova with his wing.

Yes, Zazu I know as he continued to walk. He rolled his eyes afterwards he is such a big suck up.
