"I don't know Kokota...Hey,would you like to learn to hunt?"she asked.

[Moka]

"I sure would!"

[kovu42]

Kovu watched his son bounding off and he let out a contented purr. I wish Simba had been able to help me learn how to do this. I'm too young to rule a kingdom! He sighed and paced slowly around the cave, trying to think of what he should be doing.

[Panda-chan]

Kiara purred back. "Don't worry Kovu. I'm sure you'll make a fine king." She walked towards the lionesses that were starting to get up, then turned around and said with a little sigh, "And I'll be careful, okay?"
He reminded her so much of Simba these days, with all his worrying. She still couldn't believe that her parents were dead. It just didn't seem real that one day they had been with her and Kovu, teaching them about how to rule the kingdom, and the next day they were gone. There were too many memories. She felt a tear slide down her cheek, then hastily shook her head so Kovu wouldn't see it. Then she quickly made her way to the lionesses.

Vitani smiled."Okay,then let's go!"she said and they started to hunt.

[Panda-chan]

"What are we going to do today Queen Kiara?" a lioness named Sebari asked. Kiara snapped out of her thoughts.
"Uh....well, I was thinking maybe we could go check the borders."
The lioness nodded. The others were starting to form a line behind the queen, waiting for her instructions.
"Follow me.' said Kiara a little feebly. Her thoughts were still lingering on Simba's tragic death and Nala's disappearance. If the other lionesses noticed her timidness they weren't showing it. Instead, they followed their queen wordlessly out of the den, their faces as blank as usual.

Vitani finished the lesson and noticed Kiara walking.She walked up to her."Sorry for disturbing you,Kiara,but are you still sad?"she asked.

[Panda-chan]

Kiara sighed. She didn't like to be reminded of the tragic incident. She had enough on her mind already. But she said,
"Yes, Vitani, I am. But it's all over now, and there's nothing I can do about it. I need to move on. Remember what Timon and Pumbaa used to say? You gotta put your past behind you. Well, that's what I'm gonna do."
And with that, she walked wordlessly out of the den with the other lionesses trailing after her.

"You're right,Kiara..."Vitani said,looking at her walking away.I hope she will forget it...Or maybe Nala will appear...she thought and looked to Kokota."Want to go to the den?"she asked.She wanted to forget that incident too.Nala became her friend after two prides staying as one.Simba became like a great king and friend for her too...And now,she cannot forget them...And,she always was sad when she saw her brother and his mate sad.She knew how much Simba and Nala means to them...To her too...
Vitani was thinking about that when she slowly walked into the empty den.She felt very tired.She slowly layed down.All those terrible things just made her very weak and tired about these days.She cannot be a normal babysitter for Kokota.And,these days she started to felt bad often but she didn't pay much attention to it.Maybe she was pregnant?

[Moka]

Kokota frowned. Why were they always so sad? he thought to himself. Being born after the tragic incident, he had no idea why they were all so downhearted. His presence usually cheered them up, but maybe they were only trying to hide their sadness.

He walked into the den after Vitani and laid down. "Tell me stories, 'Tani!" he demanded.
