Shinova looked up at Mio. "Yeah. I really do want to talk about it. Lets go outside to talk." Shinova felt that he needed to tell someone who he thought would understand. He was afraid of telling Nova, because she was so heart set on ending Simba's reign that she herself could become like the King his parents tried to defeat; so that Shinova and the rest of the pride could have a better life. Shinova stretched out his body and preceded to the exit of their small den.
It was dark and the stars were vivid and breath taking. Shinova started to walk toward the watering hole when he heard the sound of what sounded like a lion. Only he could tell it was something else, "Mio what is that noise? It sounds big!" Shinova gasped like he had seen a ghost; only it wasn't a ghost. A full grown leopard stared into their faces. Just as Shinova was about to scream the leopard began to walk away.
Shinova began to laugh historically, "It must have been the sight of you, Mio, that drove it away." Now with a more serious tone, "I know the reason I came out here was to tell you about my dream, but I wanted to ask you something as well. What was the previous King like? Was he power hungry? Did he respect his people?" Questions poured out of Shinova as his curiosity got the best of him. "I just don't want anyone to be king that was like the one that killed my father. My father tried to make a better life for me and my pride, by challenging the King for the throne. He lost in the end and out of disparity my mother jumped in to try and save my father, but it was far to late. He was already dead. He then killed my mother, and as she was dying she told me 'Shinova run! Run away. Don't let them catch you.'" Shinova was even upset as he told the story to Mio.
