[Private] Balto II: Redemption

Steele growled at Balto digging his jaws deeper into Kalu watching him grimace in pain scratching him on his side drawing more blood before letting him slump to the ground. "I would be more than happy to oblige you wolf dog." Steele growled walking in a broad circle opposite to Balto both waiting for the other to make the first move.

Balto growled. "Let go of your anger, Steele. I did nothing to you. Your hate will only destroy you further. How could you turn on Ice when she said she loved you?" he said.

Steele growled back at Balto "Didn't do anything you humiliated me in front of my sled team and infront of Jenna, you took everything from me you half breed my fame, my glory, and my girl!" Steele lunged just missing Balto's throat, Steele was out for blood.

Kalu struggled to get up his whole right side was on fire the snow stained red with his blood he could hear Balto and Steele arguing and could see Jenna coming over to him.

"Kalu don't try to move you're hurt pretty bad." Jenna started kicking some snow onto his wound hearing him growl in pain trying to keep the wounds clean "Ice can you give me a hand?"

Balto took a step back. "Jenna was never yours, Steele. Surely you saw that when she caused you to burn your backside on that furnace," he said, trying to keep moving in order to avoid Steele.

Ice nodded and went over. She leaned down and licked up the blood from the wound to get rid of the excess before pressing more snow on the injury. "Don't worry, Kalu. This will all be over soon," she said.

Balto prepared to do battle with Steele once again. However, before he could move, a ghostly white wolf appeared. "Cease!" it said in a female voice. Balto recognized her. It was his long-dead mother Aniu.

Steele stopped along with Balto both of them staring at the white wolf Steele kept his eyes on Balto the whole time waiting for a chance to strike.

Jenna couldn't believe what she was seeing right now she had listened to Balto talk about his mother but never in her wildest dreams thought to see her since she was believed to be dead.

Kalu grit his teeth feeling both Jenna and Ice taking care of his wound and looked when he suddenly heard the females voice seeing the snow white wolf. Kalu bowed his head "M...master what are you doing here!?"

Aniu looked at Kalu. "I have come to deliver a message of the future," she said. She then went to Steele. "Before you try to attack me, know that I am not among the living and therefore cannot die. My message for you is this: you shall suffer in exile a little longer while my son goes on to be a proud father. Later, you will return to him after finding redemption and help him," she said.

Steele growled at Aniu and started laughing not noticing Kalu getting back to his paws watching Steele closely looking for any signs of danger. Steele waited until Balto was distracted lunging at him going for a kill shot but Jenna managed to jump in the way Steele biting her leg causing her to shriek in pain, Kalu jumped in biting Steele on his back pulling down to the ground pinning him. "You should listen to my master she's very wise and knows what she's talking about."

Balto rushed to Jenna's side. "Jenna, are you all right?!" he shrieked. Aniu calmly looked back at Steele. "Remember, Steele, you still have more of your exile. Now go," she said before vanishing.

Jenna grit her teeth fighting the pain "Yeah I'm okay Balto nothing that I can't handle." she smiled reassuring him that she was all right watching as Aniu vanished leaving the rest of them alone to deal with Steele.

Steele growled wiggling free and hitting Kalu hard on his wounds sending him flying to the ground watching as he struggled to get up but continued to fall again and again. He laughed seeing Balto's attention on Jenna "Well at least I can take care of one problem here."

Kalu watched Steele getting closer and closer his leg wouldnt work and his body was numb not to mention his vision had gotten blurry. He was helpless he couldn't even defend himself this way.

Just then, Ice put herself between Balto and Steele. "You heard the white wolf. Leave now," she said. She then proceeded to bite down hard on his leg, her teeth sinking down to the bone.
