Star smiled, slightly shocked at this request, but then pleased. "Of course I would. It would make me the happiest dog in the world," he said with a nod.

Ice frowned. "Steele?!" she called out again.

Amy smiled from ear to ear her tail wagging fast but then dropping back down, "I would love nothing more than to spend this time better but would you stay with me until everyone comes home?"

Star nodded. "Of course, Amy. I love you," he said, licking her cheek.

Ice growled, wondering why Steele was ignoring her. "Steele, if you don't answer me, I'm leaving!" she said.

Steele sighed. "Come to castrate me for my idioticy?" He asked Ice. "Or have you come to kill me." He added.

Ice's eyes narrowed. "I've come for several reasons. First, I want to condemn how cruel and selfish you were during the serum run. People could have died because of you," she said.

"I know." He said. "My musher already died, and is all my fault." He said, not even turning to face her.

Ice nodded. "Yes, but, as you know, that is all done. Now, on to my other point. Steele, I know you probably won't care, but I love you," she said.

Jenna moved quickly with Balto trying to find and catch Ice before she did anything she might regret, "Balto I think I see her up ahead and she's with Steele."

Kalu watched from his bush digging his claws into the dirt underneath, he could see Balto and Jenna heading towards them with a look of worry on both of their faces.

Steele was shocked, but regained his composure. " You deserve better." He replied sadly. Steele never fully recovered from his Patrent's deaths and had shut him self off from most attachments of love. even while 'courting' Jenna he saw her more as a trophy.

Balto made it to where he could see Steele and Ice, but they couldn't see him. "So far, Steele's just talking to her. Nothing's happening yet," he said.

Ice looked at Steele with a small smirk. "You know you want me," she said, rubbing her tail under his chin.
