Star nodded. "Well, I wish I could, but I don't think now is a good time for me. Amy, we can catch up tomorrow," he said before going to rejoin his family.

Ice looked at the group. "All right, where should we go to look for them?" she asked.

Kalu sat down and scratched behind his ear "I don't know where would they go just by themselves?" Kalu knew it wasn't a big town so they couldn't have gone too far.

Amy flicked her tail back in forth "Hmm well we could check the beach that would be someplace romantic I would love to go with Star." She tilted her head to the side embarrased a bit from her statement.

Ice chuckled. "Let's try the beach. I know for a fact that Balto has a connection to that place, so it's the most reasonable place to start," she said.

Kalu stood up shaking his fur "Okay then Ice you lead the way then Ice we'll follow." Kalu looked over to Star who was standing in the doorway and bowed his head "It was a pleasure to meet you Star."

Amy kept looking back as they walked away her tail wagging never really feeling this happy as she gave Star a wink before running to catch up with Kalu and Ice.

Ice then headed off, her sister and their friend in tow. "I'm very happy for them. Seeing them like this makes me feel bad about the way that I used to pick on Balto for being part wolf," she said.

Kalu could relate to Balto "Yeah I know how he feels but he was lucky to at least have people that cared no human trusts a full wolf some of them even kill pack members." Kalu lowered his head before smacking some of the snow aside growling "I hate humans for judging us before they get to know us."

Ice gave a compassionate smile. "Well, wolves are just misunderstood. You've just got to be wary of them. Anyway, I think that I'm starting to pick up Balto and Jenna's scent," she said.

Kalu lowered his tail he hated to admit it but Ice was right humans were wary of wolves and couldn't trust them which made it all the more harder to swallow.

Amy looked over seeing Kalu was obviously upset by the words that Ice had just said to him "Well maybe since you're living in town maybe it's time that you changed that for our town."

Ice kept looking ahead as they neared the beach. "We can talk about this later. I have their scent now," she said.

Jenna's nose twitch she caught the scent of her sister's and Kalu with them slowly getting up trying not to wake Balto up standing and stretching, she looked out into the distance seeing everyone. She looked down seeing Balto starting to stir "I think our friends have found us my love."
