I've updated the thumbnail script so it loads the thumbnails quicker. Hopefully this will make it easier to browse the albums ^^

Artists can now choose what content they want to show or not show in their albums. There are currently 7 "modules" you can turn on or off. Of course, many artists probably won't remove modules yet because they are general modules, but, when I continue working on new features, there may be some modules that artists may wish to show or...not show. Anyway hope that was confusing enough. You can play with the new feature by going to "Edit Account" and...well you'll see it. I'm planning to add more options to these modules. As for "Artwork Thumbnails", I plan on choosing which thumbnails to show (newest, popular-est, or choose your own..?) and whether or not the artist wants to show a bigger thumbnail of their most popular one. or most recent one. Anyway, I'm gonna be working on album features so people can customize their albums hopefully just as much as they could on deviantArt! I'm not trying to compete with the biggest art community ever...just stealing ideas from it

Hey everyone! Welcome back. It's very obvious that the thumbnails ALL over the FAA are not working at the moment. I am currently working on trying to fix this. Meanwhile, feel free to upload art as usual. Every other feature of the FAA should be working at 100%. Thank you for your patience!

Yes! Finally! A problem I've been working on to fix since the beginning has come to a close. I fixed it! XD You now have the ability to upload PNGs if you wish :]

Moka's kindly given me access to the updates so I can involve more of you great artists in a little forum competition that I've got set up. For the last four weeks I've been gathering submissions from artists, and letting all members of MLK vote on their favorites. The winner gets a victory userbar, and it's been a great success so far with about 7-15 entries per week. I'm inviting you to enter the competitions, vote weekly for your favorite art, and get more involved in the forum community here at MLK. You can find the submissions thread for week five Here. I hope to see you all there. =)

It was very difficult, but I was able to add a new feature! When uploading a new artwork, MLKFAA will search your artwork title and description for character names (your characters and canon characters). If it finds a match or several matches, it will suggest that you tag them in your new artwork. You select which ones are actually IN your art, and then you click submit and it automatically tags them for you. Of course, you can always manually tag them one by one later (and remove tags). Since this feature is very new, there may be some issues with it that I need to fix over the next few days. Please PM me if something doesn't seem right. Enjoy!

A quick announcement about Fan Atrist of the Week: Voting is now up for the contest of week five. We've had quite a few artists make their first contributions this week and I'm very glad about that. The more votes we get the better, it helps determine a clear favorite and makes the contest more fun, so I highly encourage everyone to take a moment and vote for their favorite art.
