So here is another fantastic IDEA for a movie. And features cameos and references from plenty of videogames, I noticed Dr. Eggman from Sonic, Bowser from Mario, Pacman and some others in the trailer.
So Wreck it Ralph, is a classic retro videogame and the main character from said game, escapes from the game and decide he no longer wants to be a villain and must learn how to think and act like a video game hero.

For videogame fans (particularly retro fans) there is leagues of potential for this film. It could even be the underdog film of the holiday season. Decide for yourself though, by watching the trailer here -

I saw that teaser trailer a few days ago. The movie has a very interesting premise. I'll look forward to it when it hits theaters this fall!

Finally saw this yesterday with my roommate (he got the digital copy from Itunes)

It's pretty good. Lot of video game references (the way they put they used the Konami code in was cool) and there were some twists I didn't see coming.
