The deer listened to Nello, mainly because of the whole 'human shield' opportunity that was given to them. The ghost only laughed, "So I guess you're first Nello? Some deer are so ungrateful to be alive..." he said, referring to when he saved his life sometime ago, "Well, I can always take back what I've given."

Nello frowned at him, "I won't let you kill anyone else. You're a monster. Don't give me this boohoo sob story about your mother abandoning you and your father hating you. Plenty of deer went through that but they aren't like you!"

The ghost only chuckled. "I have better plans for a pathetic buck like yourself. I'll leave you for last."

Nello said, "Yeah charming that you should want to even kill me at all. You should know that I am not alone here."

The ghost chuckled, "And who will help you? Don't you understand that the only way to kill me is now out of your reach?"

Nello glared, "First of all a strong buck is not a murderer. Second of all I find it sick you would kill your own father. Take it from me kid hating your father accomplishes nothing."

The ghost laughed, "Oh, I see, you have some hope left in you..." he disappeared.

Nello looked at the other deer, "Trust me he's not done! Go into the forest in groups of three and hide there until this is over with. I'll hunt that bastard if it takes all night."

Nuru looked at him worriedly, "What about me?"

Nello looked at her, "Don't worry Nuru! I won't leave you! You should go with me just so I know you're safe and stay behind me but at the first sign of that ghost you run as fast as you can and don't look back okay?!"
