Nuru made a gesture in the direction of the meadow, "Look. I've never seen so many deer at once."

Ophelia's father looked confused, "What are you talking about?"

His father said, "I am talking about your daughter. Did she not leave our group to get something?"

Nello said, "Maybe some kind of celebration?"

Her father said, "She said she was going somewhere." he sighed, "I shouldn't have let her go on her own, not when she's wounded." for all they knew his daughter might have dropped dead at some point from all the blood lost.

Nuru raised an eyebrow, "Strange. Since when do we celebrate things?"

Nello looked at her, "What do you think is going on?"

His father nodded, "We are heading back to look for her."

Nuru shrugged and walked towards the meadow, only to stop after a few moments as she felt as if she was being watched. She looked around but saw nobody there.

Ophelia's father nodded, "Do you know where she might be?"

His father simply said, "You need not worry my son, we'll find her you have my word. She's my granddaughter too."

Nello had a bad feeling, "Nuru let's get out of here! This place is creepy!"

Ophelia's father nodded, "Alright."

Nuru frowned, "But what about all the deer out there?"

His father continued to walk with his son and great-grandson, "I'm sorry this had to happen to the fawn. I know what losing parents feels like."

Ophelia's father sighed, "He doesn't even know about it yet."

Nuru shrugged, "I don't know."

Nello sighed and went towards the meadow and asked one of the deer, "Uh you know it's not very wise for all of you to be out here. Man could easily kill you since you're all in a massive group like this."
