Ophelia's father silently nodded and kept walking.

Nello said, "Look! I'm not all knowing here! I only know as much as the grandfather told me!"

His father said, "Look towards the does and their fawns..."

Nuru said nothing else.

Ophelia's father listened and looked. While he didn't know what Ophelia's friend looked like, he did know what his grandson looked like. He saw him and walked over, but Ophelia's friend defensively blocked his path. "Can I help you?"
Ophelia's father nodded, "I'm the fawn's grandfather." At first she didn't look too convinced, but she calmed down when the fawn recognized him.

His father said, "My son I'll get the fawn myself." He pushed his great-grandson towards his son which looked as if wind pushed the fawn and his father then said, "You take the fawn. Nello's following us."

Nello looked at Nuru, "I don't mean to yell honey. I only know as much as you do."

The fawn could see his great-grandfather and his behind his grandfather's legs, having never seen his great-grandfather before. Ophelia's friend thought, "Well, I suppose it's okay for me to leave him with you."

Nuru nodded, "I know. We both know absolutely nothing."

Nello laughed, "Isn't it always like that. I mean you are always the last to know and I was the last to know about Karus and this new ghost."

His father said, "Come on my son." After he walked for a while he said to him, "My son I never told you how proud I was of you. You're so much better than I was. I was an idiot. I lost all my friends and followed Karus' son and lost my grandparents and parents. You however have done nothing wrong."

Nuru said, "I don't see what's funny about that, but okay..."

Ophelia's father looked at his father with a weak smile, and chuckled when he saw his grandson staring at his great-grandfather as they walked, still not trusting him completely.

Nello said, "Ah I don't know..." Suddenly he said, "Look at the tracks, they're going back to where we were before..."

His father then revealed, "What I did was not in the past. My punishment is that I can never be with my friend Nello, the Great Prince or my own grandparents or parents until I have been punished enough. Please son care about me and tell your family to care about me. Only if enough people care about me is my punishment ended."

Nuru however caught sight of the meadow and the many deer that were there, "What's everybody doing?"

Ophelia's father nodded, "I'll try."
