[quote="KiarasMate"]Yeah, I'm going to have to side with Amanda on this one. Zira's sole intent was for her lionesses to kill Simba. She didn't care about the other Pridelander lionesses. It was as if, Simba was the only target and the other lionesses were just in the way. In the battle scene before Nuka dies, she makes a reference that they need to attack as a unit, and of course, the scene after she gives Kovu his Scar, she pretty much is psyching her lionesses up to take out Simba and no one else.

This is why she might have just been speaking of Simba during that fight scene. This is my view on the subject though.

but Zira wanted Simba for herself after Kovu left. don't you recall that she called 2 lionesses off him, accompanied by 2 more alongside her, and said "Simba's
mine."
I noticed this too! always did. that's how I got confused when I was about 9 with Vitani's gender if some of the Outlanders were male (like Zira was referring to them) and were simply maneless.
plus she it doesn't matter if she's saying him or 'em, cause she said his. Simba's not even visible in that scene. it's just lionesses ripping at each other...and the Outlanders following Zira's orders even though they were females lol.
