Physical: Neo is a long, lean, but solidly built lion with a slightly long, angular muzzle and a tuft on his chin. His fur is dark tan, with lighter tan on his underside and a black mane which hangs in his eyes, which are a rare blue. Considered handsome and charming by the opposite sex, Neo has a youthful, but cocky look about him, and a crooked smile which seldom appears. (Picture pending)

Personality: "Quiet" would be the best word to describe Neo. He speaks quietly, moves quietly, and has an air of cool charisma about him that quickly earns the respect and loyalty of those around him. Little is known of his true feelings, as he reveals very little about himself, but anyone who has gotten on his bad side has discovered that he can be remarkably sadistic.

Neo sees everything as a business deal. You are either necessary or expendable, and heaven help you if you fall into the latter category. Of course, he won't get rid of you himself... he has plenty of creatures who are willing to do that for him.

However, Neo is not completely without scruples. He will not harm cubs or the elderly, and only goes as far in his "dealings" as he feels he must. However, he allows no one to capture his sympathies, and will not mourn the loss of a loyal ally aside from recognizing that they were "useful" to him.

He is extremely cunning and sly, appearing to be a shy, friendly lion to one's face, but all the while watching to exploit the weaknesses he observes in his victim.

Past: Not much is known of Neo's past, aside from the fact that he did not grow up in either the Pridelands or the Outlands. It is assumed that he is from another pride altogether, but he merely identifies himself as a rogue. He simply made his way into the Pridelands and saw an opportunity... and an obstacle. Kovu.

i really enjoy this character he seems sort of like the lion version of a mob leader very interesting
