Edit: Come think of it, the soundtrack in the beginning means that Simba is in a dry desert all alone, the middle is about Simba thinking about what happened it the stampede, and the rest of it is about his future, which matches the sentence ''We can't change the past, but we can shape the future.'' Disney was ingenious back then. =O

I can't see why... I don't know much about Kimba. Well, the meaning of the word "kimba" is quite... interesting. It means corpse in Swahili.
