The lionesses ran to it. The zebra didn't notice anything. Perfect, now here's my chance to win Simba's trust!

As soon as she saw this. She roared as loud as she could. It soon started to run. Then, she ran after it in the tall green grass. She jumped at it and killed it. Then, she dragged it home to the outlands, the lionesses didn't even notice her.

The lionesses were confused. This can't just happen! The zebra disappeared! Oh no! Well, I might have better luck tomorrow. The lionesses left since no other animal was around. They went back to Pride Rock.

Zira took it home. "Oh boy! Food!" Vitani yelled. She ran to the zebra and started to tear at it. "Mmm. This is a good zebra!" "It is all our food, so eat small portions. Vitani nodded. Then, she finished and looked at Dotty. Dotty ran to the food. "This is good, but I'm going to save this part for Spotty." "No you are not! This is almost the last bit of food we will have for a while. So, she will have to eat it herself from this zebra."

Kovu was exploring around the Outlands, when he smelled food. He ran back to see what happened and he saw the pride eating. Wow! This zebra's a big one! Kovu ran to it and started eating.

"Kovu! Don't eat so much! This is the last zebra we will have for a long time, so take small portions to save it for a week." Then, Zira walked over to the zebra and started to eat a little of it.

Sorry mum. Kovu went under a tree and lied down. I'm stuffed, I think I'll sleep for a while... He fell asleep under the tree.

Laini growled at this. "It was probably Zira!" Laini growled and ran back to priderock. "Simba, somehow the prey was killed, I have a hunch it was Zira.' Laini slinked away. "Traitor, you are a traitor Simba."

What? You mean Zira was there? That's not probably true, because she was exiled! Also, I need proof! Simba felt insulted. You mean, there isn't any other animal around here?

Laini growled about that. "I don't care about that! You kille my father Scar! Traitor! You killed him!" Then, Laini ran up to Simba and bit him on the paw.
