Well you get those cool cops and then those assholes who take the law WAY too seriously.
If you see police brutality videos on youtube, You will know what i mean.

There is still death penalty in some countries.

not in most states of America, and those that do it's not that hard. We need to make the death penalty harder so it's more of a deterrant to criminals. America is only 4.52% of the worlds population and has 25% of the worlds population of criminals... is that saying something?
