Hands down Scar, he is just a too awesome villain.

Scar, no question. For some reason I never really saw the hyenas as villains per say, or at least not "as bad". They didn't come up with the evil schemes, just helped Scar pull them off and they turned on him as soon as he betrayed them. Plus, they weren't after the throne/power/etc, all they really wanted was a neverending supply of food haha

I think Scar is the actual only villain in The Lion King. Since he has a purpose to destroy the good guy. Lol
