Vitani nodded at Kopa. "Yeah, I got rid of him," she said, "he thought that he might be able to pin me, but he never had a chance. So I pinned him and left." She noticed how nervous Kopa seemed, which was odd considering that he was never nervous, at least not around her. "Kopa, are you alright?" she asked, looking up at Frank. "Did you do something?" she asked, anger slightly rising in her voice.

Frank frowned, slightly intimidated by even Vitani. "No-no I did not," he answered. "I was only helping him."

Vitani looked at Kopa, hoping to get an explanation of why he was so nervous.

Nala sighed quietly at the lion, making sure that he won't be able to notice. "Just because I haven't talked to him yet doesn't mean I won't," she said sternly, "and besides, I'm waiting for his father to come home first as well, and then we can talk with my son about it." She gave the lion a look that told him clearly that this was the end of the discussion.

Kopa tried to defend Frank, "No he's trying to help me Vitani..." Kopa suddenly said nervously, "Vitani you shouldn't be here, I mean that mean lion will be angry for talking to me..." He then said, "That cub's father he has literally threatened to hurt me."

The lion just nodded at what she said, "Ah. Well now onto another topic..." He puased, "you know do you ever get tired of just Simba?"

Vitani remembered the cub telling her how he might get his dad to try and banish Kopa. "I don't think that will happen," she said confidently, "you are Simba's son after all. I don't think anyone will want to try anything on you." She grinned at Kopa. "Want to go somewhere?" she asked, looking at Frank in the meantime, "where we won't get bothered by anyone else?"

Nala visibly tensed, caught off guard by the question. "Why would I... No. I don't 'get tired' of Simba." She eyed the lion wearily, not sure what his plan was. "And I recommend you drop this matter right now, before I go get Simba and let him deal with you."

Kopa looked at Vitani motioning towards Frank, "No it's alright Vitani he tried to help me." This time Kopa was caught off guard when Vitani asked him if she wanted to go somewhere with just him and became nervous, albeit for a different reason, "Uh okay Vitani." He then smiled at Frank, "We'll see ya later Frank alright?"

The lion said, "Alright calm down please. Hey you can't blame a lion for trying right? At least I had some courage to put myself out like that right?"

Frank nodded, "Yeah, sure." He watched them go, only to remember Rafiki's warning. Still not sure what to do, he decided to follow them, hiding out of sight.

Vitani grinned and prodded Kopa. "Catch me if you can!" she taunted, and ran off towards the grasslands below Priderock. It felt good to be free again and do what she wanted to, not what someone else told her to do.

Nala sighed. "Yes, I guess so," she finally answered. Shaking her head, she walked away, hoping to spot Simba soon.

Kopa felt like since Vitani chose to play with only him he again had to make her happy. He acted like he was running as fast as he could but really was not. After a few minutes he huffed and said, "I don't think I can catch you Vitani." Suddenly Zazu came out of nowhere and said, "Hey you children can't be out here! King Simba said that you are to remain in that cave Kopa! Go on and go back to the cave." Kopa suddenly laughed and brought a stick out and threw it, making Zazu go on the ground until Kopa put his paw on him. "Ha I caught my prey Vitani. It's Zazu."

Simba returned to the cave after checking everything out in the Pridelands. After a while he saw Nala and asked, "Where's Kopa?"

Vitani grinned when Kopa caught Zazu. "Leave him here and let's get out of here!" she said, "he's not worth carrying around with us." She stuck her tongue out at the bird and motioned at Kopa to follow her as she resumed their way down Priderock.

Nala nuzzled Simba in a greeting. "Last I saw, Kopa was with Frank," she said, "I am completely certain that he's safe."

Kopa nodded at Vitani however he also wanted to show off and said, "Hey Vitani let me throw banana beak one more time." He threw Zazu and was startled himself at how far Zazu went going all the way to a rhino's behind at which point, Zazu said, "Oh no!" and then the rhino sat down. Kopa gulped a little, "Uh I'm sure Zazu will tell my parents that it was an accident right?"

Simba nodded, "Ah well I hope Frank brings Kopa back in an hour or two."

Vitani grimaced at what happened to Zazu. Getting into that situation was not something he would forget about quickly. "Uh, I don't know," she replied, "maybe we should go and help him? Then he might not say anything..." Next to them, the rhino got up, walking away and leaving a very ruffled Zazu lying on the ground.

Nala grinned. "Looks like you're trusting him more now," she said somewhat amused, "not that I am complaining, but what made you change your mind?"

Kopa nodded at what Vitani said and went over to help Zazu. Zazu however didn't want their help as he said, "Oh don't you worry your father will know about this Kopa! Your father will know about you disobeying his words, you have my word on that!" Kopa said, "But Zazu..."

Simba did a smile, "Well Frank did warn me about Kopa trying to go outside the Pridelands so it does show that he seems to have at least a tiny bit of care for Kopa."
