Delano grunted. "Well, if you say so," he said hesitantly, "but if you're wrong, I am blaming you." With that settled, the two of them made their way back to the termite mounds to tell Zira about their 'fight' and hope that she won't take it too badly.

Neo dragged in the meat setting it in frount of his mother after a while Zira came out smiling. "Delano I heard you got into a little fight with Simba"

Delano's blood ran cold when Zira approached them, somehow already knowing about their attempt at getting Simba. He tried not to look at Neo as he smiled brightly, trying to play it cool. "What? No, we didn't do anything. What gave you that idea?" he asked. Even though he was making himself sound relaxed, inside he was already getting ready to panic. Zira can be very harsh when she is angry.

"Neo and I were hunting mice, pretty much what we always do here," he said, "and then got into a fight. But that's all."

"No I know Simba's claw's leave a very......unique wound not as deep as any of ours would cut, thats not the point the point is."she smiled makeing sure Delano could feel her breth he wanted him to feel fear "I'm very proud of you both." She wanted to make sure they knew she was still boss but loved their euthasasim

"Tomorrow I want you to go and do worse take Nuka with you get him out of my fur"she said rolling her eyes at the thought of Nuka.

Zira walked away, leaving Delano stunned. He was certain that she would have chewed them out for going to the Pridelands instead of ordering them to do that again. "That was not supposed to happen," he told Neo, "that was... I thought we would have it much worse. Not that I mind, but really... that was not what I expected."

He thought of what would happen tomorrow. Not only would they have to bring Nuka along, who was more often than not a liability, but Simba would also be on the alert.

He laughed for abit his lungs burning laying down trying to save energy "Delano your more stupid then I though"he said watching his mouther traning her 2 cubs Vitani and Kovu in the distance out of earshot. "She's glad we did it but she hates us for not following orders. So she punished us but in a way which seems like we're off the hook think about it we've been training for what a couple years and now we're just being thurst into the most dangerous job she can find. Seems a bit supecious right"he smiled "ohh mouther I love you"

Neo heard Nuka before he seen him Neo sighed a little as his little brother woke up. "Mouther mouther where are you"he said in blind panic

Delano was beginning to understand what Neo was telling him. That Zira was giving them such a dangerous job to do, in the hopes that if they don't die in the process, they would learn to disobey her anymore. He hoped that if they will survive, they won't be sent in again and again. "Oh, I see now," he said quietly, not enjoying what he learned at all.

As if to dampen his already sour mood, Nuka woke up screaming for Zira. Delano rubbed his head with a paw, trying to ignore the annoying noise. "Neo, shut your brother up!" he complained. He couldn't believe that they had to send this guy to the Pridelands tomorrow. Although he did understand why Zira did not like him.

Neo looked at Nuka rolling his eyes "She's busy with Vitani and Kovu your staying with us for now." Neo sniggered to Delano as if you say "I know this is gonna annoy you....but am gonna do it anyway."

"What why would mouther wanna hang around that stinky termite ridden"he started to scratch his neck "brat." He looked at Delano ashe said that and growled "you shut up Delano your not even supposed to be here you wait when am king am going to get rid of Simba and you"
