Is it Just Me?

I feel like it drags. I usually get bored half or quarter the way through and turn it off.

Yeah, the same thing happened to me when I was watching TLK back in September. I stepped out of my room towards the end of "Circle of Life", and then I come back, it's near "I Just Can't Wait to be King".
It goes faster because you've watched the movie so many times. You've pretty much memorized the script and always know what's going to happen next. You may even find that certain scenes don't shock or upset you like they used to. This happened to me when I watched TLK too much, and I found myself not so excited to see it anymore. :/ Not to say I don't love the movie, but watching the same 1.5 hours of film over and over again doesn't make it as enjoyable as when I saw it the first or second time. Basically, I can't enjoy the movie anymore because I know all the lines by heart so the words and powerful scenes have lost their meaning to me. Is this what's also happening to you? :P
Yeah, I can agree with this. Since I was watching TLK was on Disney Channel, ABC Family, and Disney XD last month, the magic is slowly going away for me...but I still get chills when Simba ascends Pride Rock.

^Which is why I don't watch the movie that often. When I do, it's always a treat and I can enjoy it fully.

When I heard that The Lion King was going to come out for 3D, I was avoiding watching anything related like the plague. Yes, waiting for about a year was very mind-melting, and I really wanted to watch it a few times, but when I saw it into the theater, I knew the wait was worth it. 8-)

Which is what I advice for everyone else: if you think you are enjoying The Lion King less, try removing it from your life (note: not MLK) until you feel like you just can't wait anymore. And when you do, and you finally watch it again... it works.

That is exactly what I'm doing right now. After I watch the movie on Disney XD a few weeks later, I pledge not to watch the movie in about a year...it's tempting, but it'll work so I can enjoy the magic to the fullness again.

Everytime that I watch it magic doesn't go away for me. I think it's because I love this movie too much

That's what I do too. I watch the movies about 2-3 times a year, so I can "preserve" the magic for a long time. xD

its only 90 minutes long, to be fair... That is not long, its an hour and a half out of your average 15 hour day. That said, I find almost all movie drag on after a while.
