I'm so used to always seeing owls from just the front in movies & photos, and wow does that "stock" angle obscure a whole lot of bird o_o I never realized til these pictures seeing them from the side just how bulky and LARGE they really are.

Well this one is an eagle owl which is supposed to be one of the largest owls that exist, so she might look a lot bigger than normal. There are owls that are smaller :3

I've seen one of those owls before and have a picture somewhere, but I wish I got to see that majestic big cat <3 he's so purty ~~

Aww yes he was actually pretty small because he's still a baby. He was so playful though! Kept jumping all over the tree.

I got to draw a real animal at my Drefoos school of the arts audition. Only one thing, it was dead

Yea serious we had to draw a still life and in the still life there was a dead bird hanging by a string near this vase I was drawing.

Augh no. Yeah I've seen a stuffed armadillo and a stuffed pheasant at school that the still life classes use for drawing =P
