Delano wanted desperately to see Lina again, but now wasn't so certain if he did. "Don't bring here here then," he said after a while, making up his mind. "If she sees me like this... Don't bring her." With Muroki next to him, Delano was able to calm down and clear his mind somewhat. With the immediate fear gone, Delano closed his eyes, feeling tired, and fell asleep almost right away, still leaning against Muroki.

Muroki sighed, "I had no intention to bring her here..." it would be horrible for her to see him like this, not to mention to see him just so to be without him after the visit was over. He was about to say something else but soon realized that his brother was asleep. This might have been the right time to leave, but Muroki didn't want Delano to be asleep when he did so to not have him wake up into loneliness. He would only leave when Delano was awake, and he didn't mind staying with his brother until it was nightfall.

Delano only slept for a short while before he once again found himself in another nightmare.

He was walking back to the den at night, except that it was even darker than usual, and there were no start out. He spotted Lina an gratefully ran towards her, only to stop when she turned her head towards him, an angry growl emanating from her. "Why did you betray us?" She asked, causing Delano to back away. He tried to voice his innocence, but from behind Lina, Gakuru emerged, grinning, and congratulating Delano. Gakuru approached Delano, who found himself unable to move, and when they were close, Gakuru pounced.

Delano woke up in a flash, screaming in pain and fear.

Muroki lay there silently thinking on everything that's been happening to them lately. The happy reunion of their family which was almost immediately interrupted by Delano leaving, and the second reunion which was cut short by Delano getting arrested. He let out a sigh, before nearly jumping in surprise as Delano suddenly woke with a start. "What, what is it?" Muroki asked, keeping his brother within his embrace. It took him a few moments to realize that this was probably another nightmare.

It took Delano a while to realize that Muroki was still with him. He moved slowly back to his brother, feeling terrible. Delano opened his mouth to try and explain his nightmare, but couldn't form any words. Instead, all that came out was a pitiful whimper as Delano lay next to Muroki. "I don't want to go back," he finally managed to whisper, "I... I don't want to find out..." His voice caught, but Delano managed to continue, even if only briefly. "I'm scared of seeing everyone again... Of them seeing me, like this."

Muroki sighed, "Don't say that." if this was the way his brother was feeling only after 1 day, Muroki didn't want to even imagine what he would look like tomorrow. "You're going to see everyone again and they'll accept you back in as if none of this has ever happened." he tried to sound as reassuring as he could. "Lina loves you more than anything, you have to stay strong at least for her..." he knew that they would all be happy to see him, but he had to make sure that Delano knew it too.

As much as Delano wanted to believe Muroki, he wasn't able to imagine things going so smoothly as his brother made it sound. "But I can't..." he whispered, "I tried staying strong... that's why I didn't try to fight or run when they came for me..." He felt tears fall from his eyes again, and wondered how he managed to have any left. "...But I can't... I can't do this anymore." He lifted himself up so that he can cling onto Muroki again.

Muroki allowed his brother to cling onto him and also held him close, "You have to, there is no other way... I wish there was something I could do to help right away, but there isn't." at this point he was really hoping that Moto's plan will work since he doubted Delano would be able to handle this much longer. But there was always the posibillity that it will not work. All Muroki could do was let out a sigh and hold him close in an attempt to comfort him.

Delano shook as he clung onto Muroki. Staying in the cave with Muroki was bearable as long as he was awake, but eventually his brother would have to leave, or be forced to leave. And then Delano would be left alone again, and that was the part he was most afraid of. He simply didn't know how long he could last alone in the darkness. "I- How well do you think the chances are of getting me out?" He asked. He really didn't want to hear the answer, but he needed to know.

Muroki at first said nothing as his brother asked the question. He didn't really know the answer, and even guessing will probably end up being far from close to correct. "I don't know Delano." he said, sighing. "We know that you're innocent, we just need a way to prove." technically the chances were high and low at the same time. It depended on Muroki and the others to figure out how to deal with this. "Don't worry, I'll get you out."
