The lion sighed. "Listen, kid, you must be new here," it wasn't hard to see how Muroki was new. Anyone familiar with protocol would have already given up. "I want to believe you, and in a way, I even do. But treason, we cannot simply let your brother go. Not until we are certain that he is innocent. But until then, we can't just let him go."

He got up and lead Muroki to the entrance of the cave they were in. "There's nothing you nor I can do right now to get him out. I'm sorry." He motioned for Muroki that he can leave now.

Muroki couldn't believe that this was happening to him. "You can't let him go until you're certain that he is innocent? So you can't kill him until your certain his guilty either right?" he looked at the trainer hopefully, knowing that what he said was making sense. "Right? Please say yes, it makes sense." before the lion even got a chance to answer Muroki sighed, "Can I see him at least? Where is he?" he waited to hear the lion's response to the first question, hoping that he was right in assuming that they had no proof of Delano being guilty.

The lion just shook his head. "I can't promise you anything," he said simply before motioning down a dark tunnel. "Just go down that tunnel until you will get to two guards. That's where your brother is. Tell them you have Belko's permission to see him." He briefly watched Muroki disappear into the caves before returning to his work.

Muroki sighed and headed down the tunnel. Why was this happening to them all the time? How were such things happening to them all the time? He kept walking until he came up to two lions just like Belko said he would. "I'm here to see my brother." he said simply, obviously too confused in order to be nervous about the looks they were giving him. "I'm here to see my brother. I have Belko's permission to see him."

Delano lay in the pitch black cave, trying to stay calm as the darkness ate away at his nerves. So when he thought he heard his brother's voice, he rolled over, groaning in annoyance, wanting the voice to go away. When it did't, Delano found it really hard to stay calm as he felt like he was about to go mad. "Go away..." he mumbled, trying to remove the voice from his head, "go..." It somehow didn't occur to him that what he was hearing was real.

One of the guards looked at the other before looking back at Muroki. "Well, we can't stop you then." he answered, "the prisoner's inside this cave here. Watch your step, there's no light in there."

Muroki thanked the two and headed towards the cave. They might be holding his brother captive, but these two were just following orders, so there was no point in being rude to them anyhow. He went ahead and walked into the cave. "Delano?" he asked quietly, unable to see anything inside the small cave. Maybe he entered the wrong cave by mistake? No, the guards told him that it was this cave.

Delano again heard Muroki's voice, but this time it sounded like his brother was standing right next to him. "Muroki?" he asked, getting up to his feet. "Wh- Where are you?" His voice was shaky, because he still wasn't certain that what he heard was real, and was fearing finding out that it wasn't. "Muroki, is that you?" He asked, stumbling around in search of his brother.

Muroki smiled upon hearing his brother's voice, feeling somewhat relieved to know that he was alright. "Yeah, it's me, I'm right here." he felt kind of stupid at saying that because both of them couldn't see anything. Instead he walked in the direction of his brother's voice until stumbling into him. The first thing she did was pull his brother into a tight hug. Other than that, he didn't know what to do.

Delano felt himself be pulled into a hug by Muroki, and quickly returned it. "I'm really glad you're here," Delano said quietly, "I didn't think they would let you in." He desperately wanted to see Muroki, see anything, but being able to feel his brother was much better than nothing. Just feeling his brother was reassuring for him.

"I don't know what they will do to me," Delano said after a while, feeling himself beginning to shake with fear, "they're going to kill me, aren't they?" He asked finally, "first they hold me in here for days... and when they feel like it, they will come in and kill me..." In the time he had spent in the cave, the lack of anything was so disorienting that he had completely lost his sense of time.

For a few more moments, Delano simply held onto his brother as though his life depended on it. "I told Lina I'll return to her," he muttered, "I shouldn't have said that... I don't think I will see her again." He closed his eyes as he felt tears form over them. "You think she'll forgive me?" he asked Muroki, "will Lina forgive me for telling her that I'll be back?" He pulled away from Muroki slightly to look at him, a pointless move in the black. "How is she, anyways?" he asked. "How is she doing? When I was taken yesterday, she looked like... she's doing better now, though, right?"

Muroki didn't know how to reply to his brother, because he was pretty much correct. Any police lion could suddenly walk in with the order to kill him. "You weren't taken yesterday." he said, after a short silence. "You were taken only an hour ago." being here was probably horrible with the darkness and quiet, no wonder Delano felt like it's been days. "She's... Obviously worried about you..." he sighed before talking a bit more seriously. "They're going to hold you here for three days and then they will decide whether to convict you or not. If they do..."

He paused, not wanting to think about it. "Look, we can get through this okay? We have three days to find something which will prove your innocence." he knew that Delano was innocent, and there had to be someway to prove. "I know I can't understand what it feels like to be here," he added, as an intro to what he was about to say next, "But don't let this get to you... If it does you might accidentally confess over something you haven't done..." then it hit him, how was he going to break the news to Lina that she might not be able to see him again for good this time?
