Kiara's Life

Rafiki began his healing ritual. Some time later, he was done. He looked at the worried parents. "She will be fine, but she needs time to rest and recover," he said.

[Queen Elsa]

"Thank you, Rafiki." Nala said, then picked up her daughter and began to walk back home. Kiara was becoming conscious again, but she still was feeling weak. She wished she had never gone to the gorge. She knew she'd be in big trouble with her father as well now. She sighed and tried going back to sleep.

Simba sighed as they entered the den. "Oh Nala, what am I going to do with her?" he asked.

[Queen Elsa]

"Do what you think you should do. I'm going to go relax outside. She should be up soon." Nala said, then ran off. Kiara soon woke up, finding herself in the den, and her father at the entrance. She decided to confront him now. She walked up next to him and sat by him.

Simba looked Kiara in the eyes. "Hello, Kiara. How are you feeling?" he asked.

[Queen Elsa]

"Better." Kiara replied. He sounded calm. This wasn't like the dad she knew of. "I-I'm sorry about going into the gorge. I just wanted to see if I could find traces of what happened to you, but then the stampede happened."

Simba looked down sadly. "I know you meant well, but you need to be careful, Kiara. You could easily get hurt out there," he said.

[Queen Elsa]

"I know. I'm sorry." Kiara said. "I didn't mean any harm. I'm terrible at being a huntress. I seem to always hurt myself when I do."

Simba smiled. "You're not terrible. You just need practice," he said.

[Queen Elsa]

Kiara looked away from her father. "Aren't you mad at me at all?" she asked. "Usually you set new rules for me to follow whenever I get in trouble."
