Nello said, "Nuru please listen...I didn't cheat on you..."

Nuru looked at him and said nothing, listening just like he had asked her to.

Nello said, "Everything was a lie so you would hate me..."

Nuru said, "Makes sense to me." even though sense wasn't something she's been familiar with lately.

Suddenly Nello motioned towards her, "Nuru please...it's been so long and everything...I thought..."

Nuru looked at him, confused, "What?"

Nello said, "Uh well you know...uh well can we uh..." He again motioned towards her.

Nuru still appeared to be clueless.

Nello huffed, "Nevermind...look Nuru you've been the only doe that has ever liked me for who I am and not what I am. I've never given you enough love and thanks for that because I've been a horrible mate but I promise once this is all over it'll just be you, me, and the fawns."
