Even before SOPA, we had and still do have provisions to prevent piracy. We simply need to enforce the laws we have.
Also, the owners/employees of MegaUpload won't necessarily be convicted of anything. They will be put on trial. Our current system is more than sufficient.

And as much as I hate SOPA and the copyright office (attack them all you want) I don't think that going after the FBI is a good idea. The FBI has bigger problems to worry about than copyrights.
