Delano nodded eventually. He already hated the decision, but it was the best thing to do. "Alright. I'll go today." Hopefully, Lina would understand. He looked over at her sleeping form, knowing that this would be one of the last times he would see her for a long time.

Unable to bear it, Delano walked back to Lina and lay down beside her.

Muroki looked at in Delano's and Lina's directions and sighed. "I hope he knows what he's doing..." he admitted, only now saying this to someone who wasn't Delano himself. To be honest, he was clueless about everything. It was one of the reasons he wasn't going to go anywhere, since wondering around knowing nothing was not going to change it and turn the situation around. Beside Delano was probably going to go to the police first, and Muroki doubted that their being clueless would help Delano at all.

Delano lay next to Lina, waiting for her to wake up. Now, he wanted for her to continue sleeping so that he won't have to tell her about the change of plans, but on the other hand, he wanted to shake her awake and just get it over with. The wait was almost unbearable.

Umeme woke up, once again feeling that Muroki had gotten up before her. However, when she looked up and saw Muroki sitting next to Kasi, but not Delano, she approached them with confusion. Spotting Delano next to Lina, clearly not at ease, she knew something was wrong. "Muroki, what's wrong?" She asked. "Did something happen?"

Kasi answered. "Delano will leave today." He said simply

"What?" Umeme didn't believe her ears. She heard from Lina herself that the two of them would spend the next few days together until Delano would leave. Umeme looked at Muroki, hoping to hear that Kasi was mistaken.

Muroki gave Umeme a short 'good morning' nuzzle before answering with a sigh. "Yes, he will leave today. He was actually planning to stay for two days, but..." it wasn't something too easy to explain, but Muroki knew that Umeme would understand. "The longer he stays the harder it will be for us and for him when he leaves... Also the sooner he leaves the sooner he should return." he too wasn't too excited about Delano's departure, but he just wanted to get this whole thing over with.

Umeme returned the nuzzle. "Do you know when he'll return?" She already knew the answer, but she also knew that Lina would take the news very hard, and anything good will help a lot. Umeme looked at her sister, still asleep next to Delano. "Well, at least do you know when he'll leave today?"

Muroki shook his head at Umeme's first question. Right now he wished more than anything to be able to answer that, but there was nothing he could do but try to guess. "Well, he won't leave before letting Lina know of course... So if you ask me I'd say that sometime between when she wakes up to later today." obviously Delano wouldn't leave before telling Lina everything and saying goodbye, that is unless he would suddenly feel like breaking her heart or something, but Muroki knew that he would never do that to her.

Umeme nodded. For some reason, she felt like it might be a good idea to wake Lina up, but it was an easy feeling to ignore. It would be better for Lina to find out naturally, and not have these news rushed. But as Lina moved a little, it was clear that there was no real use in waking her up. Lina would soon do so herself.

Umeme looked at Muroki. When Delano will leave, he would leave Muroki behind for the first time. She wanted to see if his face betrayed any emotions about this, but so far, Muroki didn't show anything, or speak about the subject much for the matter.

Umeme's predictions were true and after another moment or two Lina began to stir, opening her eyes slowly after a few moments. It was unusual for her to feel Delano's warm fur against her when she woke up because he was usually already awake. It brought a smile to her face and she and she raised her head from its place on her paws, bringing it up to beneath Delano's chin and closing her eyes again, "Good morning." she said softly, her voice a purr. She was already looking forward to spending another entire day with him.

Delano raised his head when Lina woke up and smiled feebly. "Hey, good morning..." Now that she was awake, he knew that he had to tell her about leaving. But he didn't know how to say anything. "Lina, would you mind going outside with me?" He asked softly.

Getting up, Delano walked over to the entrance, ignoring the looks he got from the others as he waited for Lina. Once she moved over to him, the two of them went outside.

Lina smiled, nuzzling Delano's mane, "Of course I don't mind." again smiling at him, she slowly got up and the two of them walked outside. She was too focused on Delano because of the fact that he was going to leave soon in order to notice the looks on the other's faces. "I'm really happy that we've decided to spend the rest of the time we have left together." she said, completely unaware that Delano actually made up his mind to leave today. In her point of view she was about to spend another wonderful day with him.
