Dakari managed to smile a little, "You don't have to do anything for me." how was he going to keep her safe once they were attacked?

Suddenly Mufalfa started laughing and said, "Geez you guys sound like lovesick adolescent lions. I thought you were older than that hahaha."

Dakari sighed, "Look here's something I wanted to say to you since I was a cub... You're the one acting like a child alright? And for a change your size fits it now. Can you leave us alone?"

Mzuri said, "It's alright Dakari." Mufalfa laughed, "There's also something I've been wanting to tell you. You have always acted younger than you are so I guess we're even." He then left. Mzuri sighed and said, "Who cares about his behavior. Don't you remember what he did? He was the only one who actually raised us unlike our parents not to mention he protected us numerous times."
