Mufalfa backed away when she nuzzled him, "Whoah there!" He sighed as the cub went with him and said to his sister, "Now we can go."

Marini giggled, "That's just how Mufalfa used to act! Don't worry, eventually you'll be the one chasing me." the cub looked at Mufalfa as they walked back towards the den, "I think she's right you know." he said with a smirk, "Just a feeling." once they got back his sister jumped in joy, "Yay! Let's go!"

Mufalfa looked at the male cub. "I wasn't nervous because of that I was nervous because you were watching me." He soon said to them, "Okay well go and play...yeah."

The female cub again jumped in excitement, "Yay!" she began walking, dragging her brother after her by tugging on his ear.

Mufalfa said to his son in a joking matter sensing his displeasure, "Don't worry boy once she comes of age I'll make sure a big old lion likes her so he can beat the tar out of you every day."

The cub frowned, "And why that? What does that even mean?"

Mufalfa laughed, "It means that when you both come of age you'll have to deal with a big, male lion beating the tar out of you every day."

The cub frowned, "Shouldn't you be there to protect us? Or are you already admitting that any lion the same size as yours can take you on easily?" he chuckled, "My mom was right, I think I do like you."

Mufalfa growled, "Respect your elders..."

The cub smiled, "Sorry." he said, his tone genuine. His sister again nipped at his ear, causing him to growl cubbishly and pounce at her.
