Thats sort of like the cub at the end of TLK and the cub at the beginning of TLK2 (A.K.A. Kiara) But the cubs looked totally different...It was originally going to be Kopa right? :?
Yep. :sad2:

I never noticed the color fixes until I saw this topic. I have the original version and I've seen the Special edition, but I never noticed it. Looks better, because it gives an original Lion King feel.

Yea, the colors did change, becuase the restored it, meaning they lighten the colors and added more bright quailtiy.

I saw this thread a while ago, but it looks like I didn't post =0 I'm real glad they touched it up like this, because TLKII really had the feeling of a constant sunset sometimes, with everything done in purples. It's good to have some shine in the picture too =D

they lighten up the colours in those "restored versions" but for the rest they don't change much I think.

Why's that weird? It's supposed to be there.

Well, they always do that on Special editions. They make the original with darker colours to make the SP edition brighter to earn more bucks. lol

I’m glad they fixed the colours. I have the original DVD and VHS of SP, and Kiara and Simba especially look really weird, Kiara is orange. :P And Pumbaa looks purple instead of red.
