Vitani nodded, "Alright..." she doubted she would leave Pride Rock any time soon. All the memories of him from her cubhood left her completely terrified at the very mention of his name. She doubted she'll be of any help if they ever had to fight him.

Kopa looked at her. "Well, what do you want to do now? I really thought all of this conflict would be over once your mother died. Now I know that I was wrong," he said.

Vitani sighed, looking confused. "I don't know... I thought that I could finally live a normal life, I thought it was all over..."

Kopa looked up. "Tonight, you and I will go seek advice from the great kings and queens and see what sort of answers we can get. After all, it worked for my dad when they were trying to convince him to return home to challenge Scar," he said.

Vitani managed a slight smile, "Alright." she gave him a loving nuzzle. "Thanks... You're helping me keep my sanity here..." she loved Kopa more than anything, if she lost him she doubted she'll ever be able to carry on with her life.

Dotty looked at the two of them. "So I guess that means that our hunt will have to take place at night, when he's less likely to spot us," she said.

Vitani thought about it for a moment and then said, "I don't think that's necessary... We'll be a large group."

Dotty nodded. "Yes, your highness. I'm ready to follow. I guess I'll go tell everyone else about the situation and inform them of the new rules," she said.

Vitani sighed as she watched her friend go off. She was quite relieved that Dotty returned from her encounter with Kali without getting hurt. "Well, things will be alright... They have to..." she said, trying to reassure herself.
