Gakuru was quite surprised to hear that, "Really?" Sometimes Marini said it to him, or Dakari or Fadhili, but Mufalfa? "Thank you."

Mufalfa said, "No mush please. Besides you've told me of your father so I'm sure you're not used to mush."

Gakuru chuckled, "Very well." he didn't have a mate either. He kind of expected himself to get up and leave to look for one a long time ago, but he never did.

Mufalfa said, "So uh how about Marini huh? She is kinda a hot little number even if she is old...er."

Gakuru said, "Yeah she is good looking." he wasn't saying that because he had any intentions regarding her whatsoever. Noticing her sleeping form in the corner of his eye. He couldn't help but noticed that she seemed rather peaceful, while at most nights her sleep was almost never continuous.

Mufalfa suddenly got a hint of jealousy, "Uh right. Uh just don't look at her."

Gakuru looked at Mufalfa with a raised eyebrow. "What?" he grinned, "Oh, I see. Look, you can calm down. I don't 'have my eyes' on her, she's like a bigger sister to me." he knew how much Marini had missed the original Mufalfa ever since he died, and suddenly it connected to the way Marini was much calmer now that the younger Mufalfa was around.
