Mufalfa was curious, "Oh. Then how are cubs made?"

Marini tried to think of how she should answer. "Well..." the term 'made' kind of made it even harder to answer, since Mufalfa was a cub after all. "When a lion and a lioness love each other very much..."

Mufalfa nodded, "Uh well why would a lion love a lioness?"

Marini tried to think of an answer. "It's... difficult to explain..."

Mufalfa then said, "Why is it dufficult to explain? I know this sounds strange but I feel like I dunno...we know eachother...like a lot really."

Marini then looked at her cubs as if she wanted to look at the way they were sleeping peacefully, but she was actually doing that to avoid Mufalfa's gaze. "It does sound strange." it was a lie, because she was thinking the exact same way, but was too confused to have anybody know, especially not Mufalfa himself.

Mufalfa nodded, "Ah well see ya." He walked away and went back over to Dakari. "Am I the youngest here?"

Marini stared after the cub as he walked away, sighing once he was out of earshot. Dakari looked at Mufalfa, "Well, aside from Marini's cubs who are about two months younger, yes."

(( I'm thinking that we should do a time jump to when Gakuru's back, Mufalfa is starting to get into adolescence and Marini's cubs can already talk and everything. It can be a bit before the point where Fadhili gives birth to her cubs ))

Mufalfa said to Dakari, "Well I feel older."

(Okay)

Dakari said, "I see..." now everything looked even weirder.

About two months have passed. Marini's cubs could now run around and talk and Mufalfa was an adolescent. Fadhili and Mzuri were in an advanced pregnancy now. Unless things went wrong, the time where labor would be an option for either of them would be in a few days at the very least. Marini's son was already awake and, being a young cub, was naturally bored.
