If the bill is passed sites like MLK will be among those in danger. At the moment, that's unlikely.

It is actually highly unsettling. The fact that some of us are able to visit it (at campus I can get to it but at home I can't) means that it is very likely that the website is blocked on some ISPs. (So far it seems to be blocked for CenturyLink and TDS). This is just what I've observed, and I'm not sure if that's what's actually going on. Unsettling, nontheless.[/quote]
You can add Comcast to that list.
Edit: using a proxy I am able to reach that site. This is, as Moka said, highly unsettling. Why ISP's, though, would block a site like that is beyond me. The bill would hurt ISP's too.
