Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

yes, yes, yes, I know is too early for it, but just can't wait, I feel the need to make a topic for it

anyway, I'm totally waiting to the get my paws on game Modern Warfare 3, I can't wait until they put it on sale, is anyone in here that also is waiting for this game? is there some things that you hope to see in this game?

I'm really hoping for what things they are putting on the Multi-player mode, also I'm eager to play that new Spec Op survival mode, on the videos looks awesome, and also the main thing that I'm hoping for this game is that I wanna be able to fly a freaking helicopter

Had the Game for little over a day now, and its epic.
Single Player is the best yet in any COD Game. And the multiplayer is basically the best from Black Ops and MW2 in one (though it still has the same flaws that have been in every COD game too >.>)
Solid game though, definitely worth getting and if you do, be sure to add me on PS3 lol

Is the multiplayer better than Battlefield 3's ?
I guess the singeplayer is awesome, but it must be a good game for playing online, and I really loved battlefield online. All the guys who bought it say it's totally worth it.. I'm gonna wait for christmas :/

played it.... love the story so far although ill have to start again cause some stupid lan gaming centre computers wont save my progress but ti looks good sounds good has the characters back. multiplayer.... not so much seen all those maps before and its still full or the OP snipe hogs or grenade hogs

Every map is new in MW3 so I don't know how you have possibly "seen them all before".
As for the snipers / grenade launchers, every online game that has those kinds of weapons has people who use them, you probably are not employing the right techniques to deal with them if you keep getting killed by them. And if you can kill them, its not a problem.

@Libre: it is more an arcade shooter than BF3, and there is the odd connection problems. Personally I do not see why people compare these two games, as a fan of both I find them quite different other than the fact they are FPS.

I don't get it why people like it so much, I've had it for 2 days and I can already say that black-ops was way, way better. I am very disappointed in this game. InfinityWard claimed that it would be the best game of the year. best game of the year my butt! maybe best sold game of the year but definitely not best game of the year! I think battlefield 3 owns mw3 in every way. 2 days and it's already full of noobs, screaming 12 year olds who should go play freddy fish or something and extreme no-livers who already have more then 24 hours on this game!
cod was fun for me but not anymore since I am buying the same game over and over again every year.
This game was about tactics once but now it's just ''run out on the field, shoot as much as you can and die''
This series has gone to hell and still millions of people buy it. I reallly don't get it. You're buying the same game over and over again!

Don't tell me not to compare mw3 and bf3 because game-reviewers do it all the time.

I honestly don't even know why I play any FPS games anymore. Battlefield 3, was, in my opinion, boring, and with all the snipers and campers in MW2, I'm never buying another CoD game again.

It's almost been two years, and I'm still playing MAG. The lag is horrible at times and very few people still play, but there isn't a better FPS game on the market today.

I'm definitely picking up MW3. There's just no comparison to a good CoD game, hopefully this doesn't disappoint. =] Applejack has been playing it nonstop recently, I know that! So it must be good in some way, right? xD

well, finally got my paws on thins game, and I just finish the first part of the camping mode, well, for my opinion, yes, the game was awesome as I hope, I really like it so far, still need to give a try on the Multiplayer mode and the Spec Ops survival mode
