Sirius smiled as his friend Belle came over. "Hey Belle, I was just showing Amber around." he wouldn't mind if Belle wanted to join, but that was up to her and Amber.

Belle was looking down,
"Ummm, you don't mind if I join you....because Tritan...he was teasing me, he thinks I fancy him...I don't though!".
It was true, she really hated Tritan, she liked Sirius as a friend, but nothing more. Amber smiled, "Of course you can! I don't mind at all!". Belle looked up with a relieved look on her face.

Sirius huffed as Belle even mentioned their next leader's name. "Just ignore him. And if he tries anything he's not allowed to, tell the king." it really was as simple as it sounded.

Amber frowned, this lion obviously didn't sound like the nicest of sorts. She decided not to ask any questions about him, seeing as Sirius didn't sound to happy. Belle spoke next,
"So, have you asked if you can join yet Amber?". Amber shook her head,
"No, we might as well do it now...is that okay Sirius?".

Sirius shrugged, "I already offered her to stay, I doubt the king will have a problem... I can talk to him if you want to." he said, offering Amber a smile.

"We might have to ask King Ligo first...", Belle said. She had a thing about keeping to the rules, she was a very sensible lioness, sometimes that was a good and a bad thing. Amber nodded,
"I agree". Belle smiled happily,
"Follow me, I last saw the King by the dens". She started walking, so did Amber, but Amber trailed beside Sirius.

Sirius smiled at Amber for a moment as they all walked towards the den. He was of course happy that Amber was walking, but beside the natural urge to flirt with her again there was also something that was more than just the satisfaction at her company.

Luckily, the three soon found King Ligo. He approached them and Belle almost bowed straight away, Amber followed in her actions.
"Hello Sir, my name is Amber. I come from the Savannah Pride over the hills, I wish to join the Pride". The elder lion smiled gently,
"Of course you can. The Savannah Pride eh? Ummm...King Daryn isn't it?". Amber flinched, it was her father's name, she forced a smile,
"Yes yes...".

Sirius gave a slight bow to Ligo. "I was going to bring her here to ask you if she could join right after showing her around a little." he doubted the king would have a problem with that, but he figured he should let him know.

Ligo looked over to Sirius, in some way he wished Sirius was his son, because sometimes the way Tritan behaved was appalling. At least Sirius knew when to stop and he could be helpful sometimes.
"That's fine Sirius, glad to know your helping our new member", the King replied.

"I'll see you all soon, the lionesses will return from the hunt soon, and you Amber look like you are in need of a good meal". Amber nodded, she was in fact, very hungry. She hadn't eaten in 3 days now, she was a good huntress, but there was a lack of smaller prey that she could bring down herself.
