I've been hacked 3 times, for stupid pointless reasons, and had to change my online information on all my accounts 3 times.

First time, was on a proboards site, the person hacked me, posted inappropriate material, and deleted my account.

Second time was on VMK, an old disney online game, I'm not sure what happened, but I couldn't log in, so I changed the password, then logged in, and asked my friend if I was just on, and he said I was.

Third time was recently on myspace, where a chain hacker hit, they made a fake site and I accidentaly clicked on a link to this fake site, and it led you to believe you had to log into myspace before you could continue to some blog or something, so I put my information, it led me to the same page, I clicked out, and then I log in like 5 hours later and it tells me my account has been "Phished" (Hacked). So I changed my password.

So I know how it feels, some people use hacking for stuff they need to do, like there are some instances where you might need too, (Like the first episode of degrassi, and girl was kidnapped by an online "boyfriend", and the kids had to hack into her email to find out where they were at.), but some people are just mean, and feel it's cool to wreck peoples online stuff.

I know what you mean, WildSimba! I really hate it when people do something mean and crual and they think it's smart and cool. And unfortunately, there are quite a few people out there who just like that.

By the way I'm not saying there are quite a few people on MLK like that, just people... out there.

Yikes, people! I thought hacking was a rare occurance... I can't believe there are so many people who spend so much time doing that!
