Levi was speechless as he watched the recording. What he feared had come to pass. "We must prepare for a war," he said. The others reluctantly nodded along with him.

Aleena looked to her children. "I must know this, my sons. Are you ready for this?" she asked.

Shadow saw Knuckles and the others arrive. Upon hearing this, Knuckles and Shadow stepped forward. "We are mother." They said together.

Sonic stepped forward to join his brothers. "And I'm ready as well," he stated. He then thought about it. "For the Kingdom of Hedgehog!" he declared.

Sally joined in. "As your future daughter-in-law, I am ready too," she said.

"As am I" Julie-Su said, stepping forward, holding Knuckles hand. "And Chaotix is always ready to fight." Vector and the rest of Chaotix agreed. "I owe you my freedom, so to restore my honor I pledge my loyalty." Monkey Khan said as Amy stood next to him. " The Iron queen hurt our family in a horrible way. I'm gonna smash her and Robuttnik!" She said, pounding the floor with her hammer.

"So are we going home first?" Shadow asked.

Sally looked at her soon-to-be in-laws. "My father gave me a list of groups we could turn to in case of trouble," she said, showing the list on Nicole's screen.

Levi nodded. "Yes, we are headed home. We must prepare for a mission, and I must take up my weapon once more," he said.

"Excalibur!?" Shadow asked, referring to his father's legendary talking sword.

Levi shook his head. "No. I will be passing that down to Sonic. I'm speaking of my other weapon: a golden trident of legendary power. Like the sword, only a member of our family can wield it," he said.

"As in a blood relative?" Knuckles asked, arching his brow.

Levi nodded. "No, just a member of the family. The trident's power is such that it recognizes one who belongs to the family. If anyone else tried, they would be unable to even lift it," he said.

"So dad, when do we leave?" Shadow asked walking up and hugging his parents.
